POLICY DIRECTOR
KELLY O'DONNELL
Kelly O'Donnell began her time in service to the
commonwealth in 2008 with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's
executive office as an administrative assistant under former Agriculture
Secretary Dennis Wolff. She later served as the department's legislative
director. In 2011, Kelly transferred to the Pennsylvania Department of Aging in
the role of legislative director, a position she held until August 2012 when
she was named the director of operations and management. A Mifflin County
native, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the
Pennsylvania State University. As policy director, she coordinates initiatives
and special projects with the Governor's Office of Policy and Planning and with
other agencies, researches and develops policy assessments and recommendations
on issues affecting agriculture, and tracks external programs and legislation
affecting the department. Kelly resides in Harrisburg.
